Rosemary Pork Chops
Line the pan with foil for fast cleanup.
2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 (4-ounce) boneless center-cut loin pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
Cooking spray
Preheat broiler.
Combine first 4 ingredients. Rub the mixture over both sides of pork chops. Place the pork chops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 pork chop)
